How a call works
- Nomination You appoint us by email for your vessel, usually a few days to a few weeks before the laycan.
- PDA Our London office replies with a proforma disbursement account, built from the port’s official tariffs.
- Funding You fund the call in advance. We track every payment against the PDA and tell you early if anything is missing.
- The call Our local office prepares the arrival with the terminal, follows the berthing, the cargo and customs, boards the ship and keeps you informed until it sails.
- FDA We pay the port and the service providers, collect every invoice and send you the final account, normally within a month of sailing, showing exactly where your money went. Any balance in your favour is refunded with it.
